Shipping Policy

Shipping

Once your order is placed, PLEASE allow 1-3 business days (Not including weekends or bank holidays)  for your order to be shipped.

Orders are shipped Monday - Saturday. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking info.

 

Pre-Shipment

 

This occurs when we've printed out your shipping label and prepared your package to be shipped. We may print your labels in advance during our processing time. REGARDLESS OF WHAT SHIPPING METHOD YOU CHOOSE ,THIS DOES NOT AFFECT PROCESSING TIME. 

 

Tracking

 

Once your order has been given to the shipper, it is no longer in our hands. You may track it using the tracking number sent via email. For any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact the shipper directly.  

Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please check

the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. CORRECTIONS WILL NOT BE MADE. Your order will be shipped to the address you provide. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible.

 

If an address correction needs to be made, you may be assessed a $10 fee for us to make the correction. Please contact us immediately if you have made an error at Questions@regalrbelle.com.

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect information, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR REFUSED OR ABANDONED SHIPMENTS.

 

Lost Shipments


If you have tracked your package and it has been lost in transit, please contact us via email at Questions@regalrbelle.com. We will contact the shipper right away and initiate a trace for your package and have them start an investigation. If it is determined that your shipment has been lost a replacement will be sent.
