Return & Refund Policy

Returned Orders Due to Incorrect Information

If your package is returned to us due to incorrect address or not available for signature, you will be required to pay re-shipment fees. Please make sure to double check when putting in your address.

 

Payment & Processing

 

Major credit cards accepted. As soon as you place an order online, your credit card will be charged.

Please review your order, items and shipping information carefully. Once submitted, your order and payment will be processed and cannot be changed for any reason without canceling your order. If your order is canceled, your bank will typically hold the authorized funds from between 3 to 7 business days. Unfortunately, this is out of our control so please be sure your order information is accurate.

 

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products and to ensure customer safety, all sales are final on opened products and are ineligible for return.

 

Refund Policy

 

Refunds are only available on Unopened/Unused Products. To receive your product refund, ship the package back to us within 7 calendar days of purchase (major holidays not included).

We strongly suggest using a method that provides tracking information as we will not be responsible if your package gets lost. Once we have received your shipment, we will process your refund. A $3.00 restocking fee and the initial shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. 

 

The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. 

Exchanges

Exchanges are not available unless you received an incorrect item. Please review your order carefully prior to submitting. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately.
